Delete your account

Effective date: 2026-10-08

You can delete your rc.center account yourself at any time. It also deletes what our apps keep for it: your AI hub account, vault, paired machines and devices, and your OTPBox inboxes and messages. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in at rc.center with the account you want to delete. This works from any browser; you do not need the AI hub Android app.
2. Open your account page, then Settings.
3. Under Delete account, type your password and the confirmation phrase shown, then confirm.

What is deleted

• Your rc.center account: e-mail address, password hash, two-step verification secrets, recovery codes, sessions and app consents. Any paid subscription is cancelled at once.
• Your AI hub account and everything in it: the end-to-end encrypted vault (master key, secrets and their names), machines and pending pairings, device and machine tokens, push registrations, grants, requests and proposals, the audit trail and the authorizations you gave to AI clients. Every signed-in phone, browser and paired machine stops working at once.
• Your OTPBox inboxes: the data key is destroyed, which makes every stored message unreadable.

What is kept

• Billing records (subscriptions and invoices) for 5 years, as Brazilian tax law requires.
• Sign-in records (IP address, date and time) for 6 months, as required by Law 12.965/2014, art. 15, then deleted automatically.
• A count of deleted accounts, with no identifier.

An older AI hub account

AI hub accounts created before sign-in with rc.center that were never linked to an rc.center account are deleted on the AI hub itself, as explained at ai-hub.rc.center/delete-account.

If you cannot sign in

Write to contact@zodo.dev from the e-mail address of the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request and delete the account within 15 days.
